Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate and monitor the Corporate Safety Programs across project locations. This fully remote role will discuss location specifics during interviews and require up to 75% travel to job sites and training sessions.

You will lead electrical safety training, develop site safety plans, conduct investigations, and ensure OSHA compliance while coordinating with subcontractors and field teams.

Qualifikationen

• Have or work to obtain safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or CUSP.
• BS in Occupational safety and health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety related field.
• Willing to travel 75%.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Through knowledge of NFPA 70e.
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities with respect to safety and loss control.
• Ability to recognize and analyze company trends with respect to company accidents.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop regional safety trainings onsite, locally, and via LMS.
• Provide electrical safety training and lead incident investigations.
• Inspect job sites and implement corrective actions per the Corporate Safety Program.
• Create and revise safety plans, emergency response procedures, and training materials.
