Qualifications

• Possess CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/CUSP safety certifications.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years of solar safety experience.
• 5 years’ safety experience or in a safety-related field.
• Willingness to travel 75%
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Solid knowledge of NFPA 70e.
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance safety and loss control.
• Ability to analyze company safety trends and accidents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Corporate Safety Programs at project locations.
• Lead electrical safety training and education.
• Develop regional safety trainings onsite, locally, and LMS-based.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Prepare emergency response plans for projects and incident investigations.
• Lead near-miss investigations and reportable offenses.
• Coordinate safety with subcontractors and verify safety procedures.
• Maintain and revise Electrical Safety Program documents to current standards.
