Job summary

A La C.A.R.T.E. Solutions seeks a Market Development Manager to expand the firm’s presence through strategic networking and referral partnerships in assigned markets.

This remote-first role starts with hunting for new opportunities and evolves toward discovery calls and proposals. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations & Business Development, you will cultivate relationships with attorneys, bankers, wealth advisors, and other professionals, while tracking activity in the CRM and

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building instincts and networking prowess.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting production targets.
• Experience in professional services or B2B environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent ALC in an assigned market to build visibility and trusted relationships.
• Expand and maintain a high-value network generating qualified opportunities.
• Attend chamber events, associations, conferences, and lead speaking engagements.
• Develop a strategic referral ecosystem with attorneys, bankers, wealth advisors, and other professionals.
• Provide market feedback to leadership on trends, pricing, and client needs.
• Convert networking into qualified opportunities and hand off to the Director as proficiency grows.
• Log activities and contacts in the CRM consistently.
