Job summary

A La C.A.R.T.E. Solutions is seeking a Market Development Manager to expand our national footprint as a trusted advisor in accounting, finance, and HR services.

This remote-first role focuses on building a high-value network, generating qualified opportunities, and guiding discovery calls and proposals as proficiency grows. You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations & Business Development, collaborate with leadership, and represent the firm at chamber events and community

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, sales, or networking-based relationship building.
• Strong track record building local or regional professional networks.
• Comfortable with high-volume networking and activity tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in professional services, accounting, finance, or B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent ALC in assigned markets to build visibility and trust.
• Grow a high-value network of contacts and centers of influence.
• Attend chamber events, associations, conferences, and community functions.
• Build a strategic referral ecosystem with advisors and partners.
• Provide market feedback on trends, pricing, and client needs.
• Convert activity into qualified opportunities and hand off with context.
• Log networking activity and relationships consistently in the CRM.
