AA La C.A.R.T.E. Solutions is seeking a Market Development Manager to grow the firm’s presence in a designated geographic market across the United States.

You will lead networking efforts, develop a referral ecosystem, and establish trusted relationships that convert into opportunities for our accounting, finance, and HR services. In this role, you will report to the Director of Revenue Operations & Business Development, building a robust pipeline through events, partnerships, and community

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or networking-based relationship building.
• Proven track record of building and growing a professional network.
• Experience in professional services, accounting, finance, or a related B2B environment is a plus.
• Existing network or ties within ALC's target market(s) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ALC's primary representative within an assigned geographic market, building long-term visibility, credibility, and relationships.
• Build, expand, and maintain a high-value network of contacts that generates qualified opportunities.
• Represent ALC at chamber events, industry associations, conferences, and community functions.
• Identify and manage a strategic referral ecosystem of professionals and advisors.
• Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, pricing observations, and client needs.
• Convert networking activity into qualified opportunities and hand off to the Director with context.
• Log networking activity, contacts, and referral relationships in the CRM.
