Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Managers handling upsell, cross-sell and renewals for our small to midsize business segment.

You’ll coach reps on sales strategies, collaborate with Sales Engineering and the Channel Team to expand opportunities, recruit and train new hires, and drive pipeline growth while ensuring high close rates and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years full sales cycle experience in account management selling to technical audiences.
• 1+ years front-line sales management with quota attainment.
• Experience with channel sales and presales/post-sales support.
• Proven hiring, coaching, and leading successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication and strong presentation skills in person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers.
• Coach reps on sales strategies and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Grow pipeline with internal teams and improve close rates.
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering on account strategies.
• Partner with Channel Team to expand customer investments.
• Forecast and report updates to management.
• Develop expertise in CrowdStrike products.
• Engage customers to drive expansions and renewals.
