Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across the United States.

You will manage 60–70 enterprise accounts, translate CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity capabilities into client value, and build executive-level relationships to meet ambitious revenue goals. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cybersecurity sales, strong executive engagement skills, and a proven track record in solution selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS tech with competitive offerings.
• 1+ years field sales, proven net-new account hunting.
• Experience building relationships with senior executives.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Familiarity with target/account selling and solution selling techniques.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute account strategy to close new business in the region.
• Negotiate engagements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
• Access decision makers in key prospect accounts within territory.
• Maintain relationships with CIO/CSO level buyers across industries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create visibility and drive engagement.
• Leverage partners to expand account presence and relationships.
• Capture, maintain and share accurate prospect information using Salesforce.
