Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales to lead and coach a team of Corporate Account Managers focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals across the small to midsize business segment. You will drive pipeline growth, collaborate with Sales Engineering and Channel teams, and report outcomes to senior management.

You will mentor reps, recruit new talent, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize sales execution and close rates while becoming an insider in the cybersecurity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity, selling to a technical audience such as IT, Security, Engineers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers
• Coaching reps on sales strategies and best practices for upsell/cross-sell and renewals
• Grow team pipeline and help sellers improve close rates through critical thinking
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to devise account strategies
• Partner with Channel Team to expand customer investments
• Forecast and report updates to leadership
• Engage with customers to drive expansion and renewals
• Become an expert on CrowdStrike products
