Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Managers focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within the SMB segment. The role drives full sales cycles, coachings, and strategic collaboration with Sales Engineering and Channel teams.

You will mentor a team, grow the pipeline, and coordinate with internal and external partners to maximize close rates, while developing deep product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity selling to technical audiences (IT, Security)
• 1+ years of frontline sales management with quota experience
• Experience with channel sales, presales/post sales support
• Track record of hiring, coaching and leading successful sales teams
• Excellent communication and strong presentation skills in person and virtually

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers
• Coach reps on sales strategies and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Grow team pipeline and improve close rates with internal partners
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering on account strategies
• Partner with Channel Team to expand customer investments
• Forecast and report updates to management
• Engage with customers to drive expansions and renewals
