Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Managers focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within the small to midsize business segment. You will guide strategy, improve close rates, and collaborate with engineering and channel teams to expand customer investments.

You will mentor sales reps, recruit new talent, and become a cybersecurity product expert while driving expansion across our customer base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity selling to a technical audience (IT/Security).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers.
• Mentor reps on sales strategies, health checks, upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Grow team pipeline and improve close rates with cross-functional collaboration.
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to develop account strategies.
• Coordinate with Channel Team to expand customer investments.
• Forecast and report updates to leadership.
• Build expertise in CrowdStrike products and cybersecurity trends.
