Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Managers focused on upsell, cross-sell and renewals for the small to midsize business segment.

You’ll coach, manage and scale the team's pipeline while partnering with sales engineering and channel teams to drive growth. You will recruit and train new managers, forecast updates to leadership, and become a knowledgeable advocate for CrowdStrike products and the cybersecurity market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity with technical audiences.
• 1+ years of front-line sales management experience with quota attainment history.
• Experience collaborating with channel sales, presales/post sales and supporting teams.
• Proven track record hiring, coaching, and leading successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication and strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers.
• Coach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices for upsell/cross-sell.
• Grow the team’s pipeline with cross-functional support to improve win rates.
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to develop account strategies and plans.
• Partner with Channel Team to expand customer investment.
• Forecast and report pipeline updates to the management team.
• Develop expertise in CrowdStrike products and cybersecurity market.
