Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Corporate Sales to build and lead a team of Corporate Account Executives in acquiring new business in the mid-market. You will drive revenue growth, coach talent, and shape a high-performing sales organization focused on cybersecurity solutions.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent, forecast pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to improve close rates while meeting customer cybersecurity needs with CrowdStrike’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.
• Salesforce experience and forecasting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.
• Channel sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals.
• Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value.
