The Claros Travel is seeking a Luxury Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, supporting high-end clients with reservations, itinerary coordination, and service arrangements. You will provide proactive, personalized service across channels and ensure every interaction reflects our luxury standards.

In this role you will manage reservations, communicate clearly about policies, maintain records, and collaborate with the team to exceed client expectations in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Competenze

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience (luxury or hospitality preferred).
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
