The Claros Travel is seeking a Luxury Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will assist clients with reservations, itinerary coordination, and service arrangements, delivering high-touch support before, during, and after their experiences.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to work independently from home. Luxury service or hospitality experience is preferred, with a focus on client satisfaction and accurate documentation.
