Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of Long-Term Disability claim management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of LTD policy provisions and benefit calculations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex, high-risk claims and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert to Team Lead and claim professionals on complex matters.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, medical/vocational considerations, and strategies.
• Coach professionals to strengthen thinking and decision quality.
• Identify trends and risks; support prioritization and corrective actions.
• Develop technical resources and training materials for the team.
