Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4–5 years of Long-Term Disability claim management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Long-Term Disability policy provisions
• Strong communication, consultation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to independently analyze complex or high-risk claim scenarios
• Proven success coaching claim professionals
• Ability to interpret claim data and identify risks

• Serve as a Long-Term Disability technical expert to the Team Lead and professionals
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, medical and vocational considerations
• Coach claim professionals through complex scenarios and provide actionable feedback
• Analyze claim activity to identify trends and risks, and coach accordingly
• Monitor claim block health and support corrective actions with priority recommendations
• Develop and maintain technical resources, procedures, and best-practice guidance
