Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking an entry-level E-Learning Support Specialist I to assist faculty and students with LMS and exam platforms. You will resolve tickets, troubleshoot exams and courses, and conduct online orientations.

Working remotely, you will join a virtual team, maintain high attention to detail, and participate in training and development initiatives while ensuring strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (1–3 years).
• High attention to detail in a support role.
• Strong organization and communication skills for virtual teamwork.
• Experience with LMS platforms is essential.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and respond to tickets submitted by faculty and students.
• Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for exams.
• Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for courses within the LMS.
• Complete course audits.
• Attend and conduct orientations for students and faculty, including online sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
