Job summary

Embry-Riddle Worldwide Campus seeks a Learning Support & Development Specialist I to provide technical support for teaching and learning technologies, assisting students, faculty and staff across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with instructional designers, IT teams, and external vendors to troubleshoot the LMS, third-party integrations, and other academic tools that support online course delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in CS/IT or a related field.
• Experience with eLearning or IT support in customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with attention to detail and quality control.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for LMS platforms and third-party integrations.
• Assist users with browsers, OS, and hardware issues.
• Support course start processes, QA, and course publishing.
• Configure and troubleshoot third-party integrations and academic tools.
• Maintain tracking for course updates and term-start workflows.
• Analyze reports to identify issues in templates and structures.
• Use automation (Power Automate, API, RPA) to process updates at scale.
• Develop and maintain HTML/documentation and knowledgebase articles.
• Test new educational technologies and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, IT teams, and vendors.
