Job summary

Lingraphica is seeking a part-time LMS and events support professional to provide operational support for the Learning Management Systems and assist with webinars, events, and on-demand courses. You will coordinate schedules, edit materials, and respond to SLP inquiries to ensure smooth education delivery.

The role supports the Clinical Education team, with 20 hours per week, remote from home in the United States, and an anticipated end date of 2/13/2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft monthly webinar schedule with internal presenters.
• Maintain webinar and events calendar and coordinate staffing via Slack.
• Edit video content and ensure quality of on-demand courses.
• Post live webinar offerings and monthly on-demand sessions in LMS.
• Respond to inquiries from SLPs and assist with event follow-ups.
