Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking an E-Learning Support Specialist I to manage daily support for the partner LMS and exam platforms, handling tickets from faculty and students, and performing course audits. This remote, entry-level role offers growth opportunities in a collaborative online environment.

Responsibilities include resolving tickets, preparing and troubleshooting LMS and exam issues, conducting orientations, and maintaining systems such as Canvas, Blackboard, Sakai, ChiTester, and ExamSoft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (1–3 years).
• Comfort in a support role with high attention to detail.
• Technologically independent and able to work as part of a virtual team.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and respond to tickets submitted by faculty and students.
• Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for exams.
• Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for courses within the LMS.
• Complete course audits.
• Attend and conduct student and faculty orientations, including office hours for online orientations.
• Other duties as assigned.
