Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking an E-Learning Support Specialist I to manage daily support for the partner LMS and exam platforms. This remote, entry-level role focuses on ticket resolution, exam/course troubleshooting, and audits, with training and strong team support.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or equivalent experience (1–3 years) and proficiency with LMS platforms. A background check is required, and the position offers a starting salary of $40,000–$45,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience of 1–3 years
• Comfort in a support role with high attention to detail
• Technologically independent and able to work as part of a virtual team
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Must successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Resolve and respond to tickets submitted by faculty and students
• Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for exams
• Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for courses within the LMS
• Complete course audits
• Attend and conduct student and faculty orientations, including office hours for online orientations
• Other duties as assigned
