Job summary

Remote Hunter LLC is partnering with a client in online education to hire a Customer Support Associate. You will welcome learners, guide them through classes, and provide proactive support to boost engagement from onboarding onward.

This remote role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in EST hours 8 AM to 4 PM. Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or learner engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound communications to welcome learners and provide reminders about classes and milestones.
• Engage with inactive or at-risk learners to understand challenges and provide support.
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic guidance throughout the learner experience.
• Record learner interactions, updates, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve learner concerns and improve support processes.
• Collect learner feedback and share insights to enhance the learning experience.
• Manage learner testimonials and feedback documentation.
