Job summary

Gibbons Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a flexible remote role in the United States. You will work directly with prospective clients, identify needs, present life insurance and financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

Remote position with access to qualified leads and marketing resources. Compensation is performance-based with earnings potential, and there is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
