Job summary

Gibbons Engineering Group is seeking experienced sales professionals for a Business Development Manager role. This remote, independent contractor position has no base salary and earnings are based on performance.

You will build client relationships, present financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process. You will have access to qualified leads, ongoing training, and marketing resources from 25+ carriers.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background with ability to develop relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information.
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis.
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production.
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals.
• Assist clients through the application process.
