Gibbons Engineering Group seeks experienced sales professionals for a Business Development Manager role. This flexible remote, 1099 contractor position focuses on building client relationships, identifying needs, presenting life insurance and financial protection solutions, and guiding clients through the sales process.
You will have access to qualified leads, training, and ongoing support, with products from multiple carriers and performance-based earnings.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Responsabilités
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
- Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
- Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions
- Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
- Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals
- Assist clients through the application process
- Provide guidance and support to newer sales professionals
- Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships
