Gibbons Engineering Group is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Business Development Managers. You will work directly with prospective clients, identify their needs, present financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with 100% performance-based compensation and no base salary or earnings cap. It offers remote work, flexible hours, access to qualified leads, training, and ongoing support to help

Formación

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals
• Assist clients through the application process
• Provide guidance and support to newer sales professionals
• Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements
