Job summary

Gibbons Engineering Group is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Business Development Managers. This remote role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying needs, presenting life insurance and financial protection solutions, and guiding clients through the sales process.

The position offers 100% performance-based compensation with no base salary or cap. You will work with leads and marketing resources, receive ongoing training, and have the opportunity

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information.
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis.
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production.
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals.
