Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration, to lead a remote team responsible for lease administration across multiple accounts. You will manage people, oversee lease abstraction, and ensure quality control, reporting, and client governance, while coordinating with landlords and clients.

Ideal candidates have extensive CRE lease admin experience, strong database and reporting skills, and the ability to work remotely within the US.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in CRE lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts (1,000+ leases) and global account management structure.
• Proficiency with CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease.
• Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and build a lease administration team and manage people.
• Lead a large account as the managing lease analyst and mentor junior analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords for assigned accounts.
• Perform quality control within the database to identify errors.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Maintain client governance programs and regular client reviews.
• Understand client business objectives and service expectations.
• Oversee abstraction or input of rental obligations and other lease information.
• Review and validate lease-related charges and payments with landlords/clients.
