Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting/property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease or similar).
• Experience managing global accounts and leading a team of Lease Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Lease Administration team; oversee account approach and client communications.
• Manage client and vendor relationships; provide governance and reporting.
• Perform lease abstraction, input rental obligations and ensure data integrity.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure quality control in databases and reports.
• Prepare monthly schedules, reconciliations and communication plans with clients.
