Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration for a remote role within the United States. You will lead lease administration for large and multiple accounts, mentor analysts, and ensure accurate reporting and client service.

You will oversee abstraction, translation, and quality control of lease data, manage dashboards, and maintain client governance with regular reviews and performance reporting. Collaboration with global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease.
• Experience managing multi‑line global accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work remotely and independently with strong time management.
• Understanding of FASB/IFRS accounting rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration resources and client accounts.
• Oversee a large account as lead lease analyst and mentor a team of analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords for assigned accounts.
• Provide quality control in databases and generate/modify reports.
• Abstract input of rental obligations and track expirations/option dates.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve disputes with landlords/clients.
• Lead regular client meetings and present portfolio updates.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, playbooks, and process standards.
• Coordinate with global teams to deliver services per client process.
