Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration for a remote role from multiple US states. You will lead a Lease Administration team, oversee lease abstraction quality, manage client relationships, and drive reporting and governance for assigned accounts.

The position requires 7+ years in CRE lease administration or accounting, strong leadership, and proficiency with major lease databases. Excellent communication and time management are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in CRE lease administration or accounting/property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease).
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage remote teams and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct report HR functions.
• Lead a team of Lease Analysts for multiple accounts and oversee large accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords and maintain governance programs.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure accuracy of lease abstractions.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation, and quality control processes.
• Coordinate account transitions and maintain process playbooks.
• Track expirations, option dates and key lease information.
• Reconcile balances and resolve disputes with landlords/clients.
