Job summary

Colliers International seeks a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team handling large and multiple accounts, overseeing lease abstraction, data quality, and reporting. This remote role focuses on client relationships, process improvement, and effective governance across global teams.

You will mentor Lease Analysts, interpret lease language, and ensure accurate billing and rent calculations while maintaining strong client governance and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease).
• Strong time management and ability to work remotely.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Lease Analysts; oversee a large account and a small team.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain lease abstracts, inputs, and critical dates; manage QC checks.
• Prepare and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Oversee account transitions, playbooks, and process documentation.
• Present portfolio updates and KPIs to clients on a regular cadence.
