Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a remote team across multiple accounts, overseeing lease abstraction, reporting, and client relations. The role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and accurate lease data management in a fast-moving environment.

The successful candidate will mentor analysts, ensure QA of lease information, and collaborate with clients and landlords to optimize portfolio performance, while aligning with Colliers’ client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting and property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or similar.
• Expertise managing multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases and a global account structure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
• Thorough knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources, client implementations, client and vendor relationships, and develop schedules and reports.
• Be the managing lease analyst on large accounts, supervising other team members on the account.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, account managers, and landlords as appropriate.
• Provide quality control within the database to identify errors and inconsistencies; run and edit reports.
• Mentor and train Lease Analysts on key lease administration duties.
• Oversee abstraction, translation and quality control for assigned accounts; manage account transitions and setup.
• Abstract or input rental obligations and monitor expirations, option dates, and other critical information.
