Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration for a remote role across listed US states. You will lead the lease admin team, oversee abstraction, and manage client/landlord relationships while ensuring data quality and timely reporting.

You will mentor Lease Analysts, supervise critical lease data, and drive process improvements across portfolios, including rent, CAM, and operating expense management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multi-site/global accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of lease language, abstracts, and billing processes.
• Proficiency with lease databases and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Lease Administration team and mentor analysts.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data quality, and governance.
• Manage client and landlord relationships and communications.
• Prepare/partner on reports, dashboards, and portfolio updates.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease data.
• Coordinate account transitions, setups, and playbooks.
• Ensure accurate rent, CAM, taxes, and other charges.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver services.
