Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a remote lease administration team across multiple accounts. You will oversee analysts, ensure data quality, produce reports, and manage client relationships with landlords and brokers.

The role emphasizes hiring practices, training, contract governance, and global collaboration. A strong background in CRE lease administration and database tools is required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease or Virtual Lease.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct report HR functions.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Lease Analysts and mentor them in key duties.
• Communicate with clients, landlords and brokers; prepare reports and dashboards.
