The role emphasizes remote work readiness, strong collaboration, and adherence to client contracts and playbooks, with a focus on efficient governance and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with large multi-location accounts and global teams.
• Proficiency in lease databases and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct report HR functions.
• Lead a team of Lease Analysts supporting multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; provide QA on data.
• Create, edit and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and oversee abstraction, translations, and QC.
