Job summary

Colliers is seeking a remote Manager, Lease Administration to lead lease administration teams across accounts. You will oversee a network of analysts, coordinate client communications, and ensure accurate lease data management within a global framework.

The role emphasizes managing complex lease language, driving quality control, and delivering regular reporting to clients. A strong client-service focus and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting/property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and building teams, including hiring practices.
• Act as the managing lease analyst on large accounts and lead a small team of analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, managers and landlords.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in databases.
• Create, edit and run reports in Lease Administration systems.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and train on duties.
• Interpret complex lease language and manage abstraction processes.
• Assist in transitions and setup of accounts as needed.
• Maintain process playbooks and client contracts in systems like WorkTrac.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop client governance programs and review cadence with clients.
• Drive client service excellence and manage escalations.
