Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead the Lease Administration team across assigned accounts, ensuring accurate lease data, timely reporting, and strong client governance. You will mentor analysts, oversee reporting, and drive process improvements while maintaining close client relationships.

The role emphasizes remote work with global collaboration, leveraging Colliers360 and WorkTrac to deliver exceptional service and ensure accurate rent, CAM, and operating expense

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently, preferably remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Lease Administration resources and client implementations.
• Oversee a team of Lease Analysts across multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, account managers and landlords as appropriate.
• Provide quality control within the database and ensure data integrity.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor and train Lease Analysts on key duties.
• Understand and interpret complex commercial lease language and terms.
• Oversee abstraction, translation, and QC for assigned accounts.
• Lead account transitions and setup; maintain playbooks and processes.
