Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration (remote) to lead a dedicated lease team across accounts, ensuring accurate abstraction, reporting, and client satisfaction. You will mentor analysts, oversee QA, and coordinate with landlords and brokers while aligning with client contracts and playbooks.

The role emphasizes building strong governance, timely communications, and proactive risk management in a remote, national-capacity setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in commercial real estate lease administration and/or property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease).

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct report HR functions.
• Lead a team on large accounts and oversee analysts across multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; maintain client governance and reports.
• Provide quality control of lease data; create and run reports in databases.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure accurate lease abstraction and updates.
