Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a remote team responsible for overseeing lease administration for client accounts. The role requires directing analysts, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering timely reports and governance across platforms such as WorkTrac and Colliers360.

You will mentor Lease Analysts, coordinate with landlords, tenants, and brokers, and drive process improvements while ensuring contractual compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, etc.).
• Proven success working on large multi-line global accounts with a structured governance framework.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and lead teams independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and build/lead lease administration teams across accounts.
• Serve as the primary lease analyst on large accounts and mentor junior analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, landlords and internal stakeholders; oversee reports and dashboards.
• Ensure quality control in databases and perform final QC on lease abstractions.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and charge reviews; manage transitions and playbooks.
• Monitor expirations, option dates, and reimbursements; resolve disputes with landlords and clients.
