Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a global Lease Administration team, overseeing abstraction, QA, reporting, and client communications for assigned accounts. You will mentor Lease Analysts, ensure data integrity, and drive efficient processes across multiple accounts.

The role requires strong knowledge of lease language, governance programs, and remote collaboration with landlords and clients to optimize portfolio performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, real estate, or accounting.
• Minimum 7 years in commercial real estate lease administration and/or property management.
• Experience with multi-account global lease administration projects.
• Proficiency with lease database systems and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Lease Analysts; manage a leased portfolio across multiple accounts.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data integrity, and QA across accounts.
• Prepare and review reports; communicate portfolio updates to clients and brokers.
• Manage client escalations and develop governance and reporting cadence.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure service delivery per contract and standards.
