Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team of Lease Analysts and oversee lease data, reporting, and client relationships for assigned accounts. The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and collaboration with clients, brokers, and landlords.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Proficiency with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex or ProLease.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct reports.
• Oversee a large account and mentor Lease Analysts across multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; provide regular portfolio updates.
• Create, edit and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Ensure accurate abstraction, input and QC of lease data and rental obligations.
• Lead standard client governance and reporting cadences, drive client satisfaction.
