Job summary

Colliers International in the United States is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team, oversee lease data, and deliver client-focused service across accounts. This remote role supports multiple accounts and requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex lease language into actionable processes.

You will mentor Lease Analysts, run key reports, manage transitions, and ensure accuracy of rent, CAM, operating expenses, and insurance charges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant CRE lease administration experience and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work remotely and manage global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and build Lease Admin teams; oversee large accounts and lead a small team.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and provide training on key duties.
• Communicate with clients, landlords, and brokers; manage escalations.
• Perform QC on lease data; create/edit/run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Oversee abstraction, translation, and quality control of lease information.
• Prepare monthly rental schedules and track expirations and options.
• Support account transitions and maintain process playbooks.
