Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a leased administration team and oversee processes across large commercial real estate accounts. You will manage staff, ensure data integrity in Lease Admin databases, and deliver timely reports and communications to clients and landlords.

You will mentor analysts, handle transitions, and maintain playbooks while coordinating with global teams and stakeholders to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting or property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, Virtual Lease, etc.).
• Experience managing large multi-site accounts (1,000+ leases) and global account governance.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct report HR functions.
• Lead a large lease account as the managing lease analyst and oversee a team.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, account managers, and landlords as appropriate.
• Provide QA within databases to identify errors and ensure data integrity.
• Create, edit, and run reports in lease administration databases.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and oversee abstraction and quality control processes.
• Oversee account transitions, playbooks, and client governance programs.
• Prepare monthly rental schedules and review lease charges for accuracy.
