Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team, oversee lease data, reporting, and client relations for a multi-site portfolio. This remote role supports a US-based portfolio and requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of lease administration processes.

You will mentor analysts, ensure accuracy in abstraction, track expirations, coordinate with landlords and clients, and drive process improvements across the account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, real estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of CRE lease admin experience.
• Experience leading teams and client relationships.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of lease abstraction, billing, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a lease administration team, including direct reports.
• Oversee large accounts and mentor Lease Analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords.
• Ensure accuracy in reports, databases, and playbooks.
• Manage account transitions, renewals, and expirations.
• Drive process improvements and governance for accounts.
