• Experience with operating expense and CAM reconciliations.
• Ability to perform basic audits for lease administration clients.
• Familiarity with lease terms and contract review.

Responsibilities

• Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements received; verify expenses charged to clients per lease clauses.
• Perform full-scope basic audits for lease administration clients; request information and propose actions for audit and recovery.
• Prepare reports of findings; ensure accurate credits and proper charges are recorded.
• Assist with CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to controls.
• Review contracts to identify fees, including audit savings and travel reimbursements.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Exchange straightforward information and confirm understanding with stakeholders.
