Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Lease Admin Analyst in Dallas, TX. You will conduct reconciliations for large clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms, and contribute to lease administration activities including portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements; verify expenses charged to clients per lease clauses.
  • Perform full-scope advanced audits for lease administration clients and recommend actions for recovery.
  • Prepare complex reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges.
  • Prepare CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to controls.
  • Review high-value contracts to identify fees, audit savings and reimbursements.
  • Explain complex information clearly and lead by example within standardized procedures.
