Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant lease administration or related real estate/accounting experience.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, Apex, Virtual Lease) and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lease Administration team on large accounts and mentor junior analysts.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data input and quality control for assigned portfolios.
• Communicate with clients, brokers and landlords; manage client expectations and governance.
• Develop reports and dashboards (WorkTrac/Colliers360) to track key metrics and performance.
• Coordinate account transitions, playbooks and process improvements across global teams.
