Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Lease Administrator for a remote role across various locations in the United States. You will manage lease administration, client and vendor relationships, and produce schedules and reports for the lease administration team.

The role focuses on small to midsize accounts or global accounts, with duties including governance programs, billing reviews, and ensuring data accuracy. A degree and CRE experience are preferred, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business, real estate, accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with CRE databases like Visual Lease or CoStar.
• Strong client-facing and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on lease matters.
• Maintain client contracts, fees, and billing details in WorkTrac.
• Lead portfolio updates, metrics reviews, and governance programs.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease milestones.
• Coordinate with global team to ensure contract compliance and service delivery.
• Support new business pitches and transition new accounts.
