Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration, to lead lease administration resources and client accounts from a remote location across various US states. You will supervise a team of Lease Analysts, oversee data quality, and ensure effective client communication and reporting.

The role requires extensive CRE lease knowledge, strong leadership, and experience with major lease databases. A remote setup and compensation range reflect the geographic flexibility across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, WorkTrac).
• Thorough knowledge of accounting rules (FASB/IFRS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources, client implementations, and relationships.
• Lead a team of Lease Analysts on large accounts and multiple small/medium accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, account managers, and landlords; provide QC in databases.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure accurate lease abstraction and data input.
• Oversee account transitions, playbooks, and maintenance of processes.
• Abstract or input rental obligations and track expirations, options, and critical dates.
• Reconcile accounts with outstanding balances and resolve disputes with landlords/clients.
• Serve as main point of contact for lease administration matters and client governance programs.
• Prepare monthly rental schedules and review recovery clauses, caps, and exclusions.
• Maintain data integrity of tenant/lease information in the database; manage workload allocations.
